Shipping
Every Grey Goose Press order is packed and posted by hand from our office in Red Deer County, Alberta. All prices and shipping charges on this site are in Canadian dollars.
Rates
Shipping is a flat rate per order, not per book, so ordering several titles together costs no more to ship than ordering one.
- Canada — $6.95, and free on orders of $75.00 or more.
- United States — $10.00.
- Everywhere else — $16.42.
The exact shipping charge for your order is shown in the checkout before you pay, once you have chosen your destination country.
Processing time
Orders ship within two business days of payment being received. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Alberta statutory holidays.
If you pay by card, payment is received immediately and the two days start right away. If you pay by Interac e-Transfer, the two days start when your transfer arrives and has been matched to your order, which is usually the same day you send it.
We ship with Canada Post Expedited Parcel. Delivery within Canada is typically two to nine business days after the parcel is posted. United States and other international deliveries take longer, especially if a parcel is held in customs.
Tracking
When your order goes in the post we send a shipping confirmation to the email address on the order. Where a tracking number is available it is included in that email, and you can also see it on your order page if you have an account.
International orders
We ship worldwide. Please note that customs duties, import taxes and brokerage fees charged by the destination country are not included in the price you pay us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot predict these charges or refund them.
International parcels can take considerably longer than domestic ones, particularly when they are held in customs.
